Wir bieten eine 30-tägige Rückgabefrist, das heißt, Sie haben 30 Tage ab Erhalt Ihrer Bestellung Zeit, um eine Rücksendung zu beantragen.

Um für eine Rücksendung berechtigt zu sein, muss Ihr Artikel in genau dem Zustand sein, in dem Sie ihn erhalten haben – unbenutzt, ungetragen, mit Etikett und in der Originalverpackung. Sie benötigen zudem den Kassenbon oder den Kaufbeleg.

Um eine Rücksendung zu initiieren, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte unter iloveustore0@gmail.com. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Rücksendungen an folgende Adresse gehen müssen.

Bei Annahme Ihrer Rücksendung schicken wir Ihnen ein Rücksendeetikett sowie Anweisungen, wie und wohin Sie Ihr Paket senden sollen. Artikel, die ohne vorherige Anfrage zurückgesendet werden, können wir leider nicht annehmen.

Schäden und Mängel
Bitte prüfen Sie Ihre Bestellung bei Erhalt sorgfältig und kontaktieren Sie uns umgehend, falls ein Artikel defekt, beschädigt oder falsch geliefert wurde, damit wir das Problem klären und beheben können.

Ausnahmen/Nicht rückgabefähige Artikel
Bestimmte Artikel sind von Rücksendungen ausgeschlossen, wie z. B. verderbliche Waren (Lebensmittel, Blumen, Pflanzen), individuell angefertigte Produkte (Sonderbestellungen oder personalisierte Artikel) sowie Pflegeprodukte (Kosmetikartikel). Ebenso akzeptieren wir keine Rücksendungen von Gefahrstoffen, brennbaren Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen. Bei Fragen zu Ihrem spezifischen Artikel kontaktieren Sie uns bitte.

Leider können wir auch bei Sale-Artikeln oder Geschenkkarten keine Rücksendungen annehmen.

Umtausche
Der schnellste Weg, um das Gewünschte zu erhalten, ist die Rücksendung des vorhandenen Artikels. Sobald die Rücksendung akzeptiert ist, können Sie den neuen Artikel separat kaufen.

EU-14-Tage-Widerrufsrecht
Unabhängig von den obigen Regelungen haben Sie als Kunde in der Europäischen Union das Recht, Ihre Bestellung innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen zu widerrufen oder zurückzusenden. Der Artikel muss dabei in genau dem Zustand sein, in dem Sie ihn erhalten haben – unbenutzt, ungetragen, mit Etikett und in der Originalverpackung. Sie benötigen ebenfalls den Kassenbon oder Kaufbeleg.

Rückerstattung
Wir benachrichtigen Sie, sobald wir Ihre Rücksendung erhalten und geprüft haben, und teilen Ihnen mit, ob die Rückerstattung genehmigt wurde. Bei Genehmigung erhalten Sie automatisch eine Erstattung auf Ihr ursprüngliches Zahlungsmittel innerhalb von 10 Werktagen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Gutschrift bei Ihrer Bank oder Kreditkartenfirma einige Zeit in Anspruch nehmen kann.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
